Chana masala inspired chickpea coconut curry

- 🍽️ Servings: 2 portions (with 2dl rice)
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tpbs curry powder
- 1 tps cumin
- 1/2 tps turmeric
- 1/2 tps paprika
- 1 tps salt
- 1 Can crushed tomatoes
- 1 Can coconut milk
- 1 Can chickpeas
- 1 handful spinach
Directions
- Fry the diced onion and garlic in olive oil, then add the spices.
- Add the tomatoes, coconut milk and chickpeas and cook for ~8min.
- Stir in the spinach until it is wilted.
